Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in joining the Pixels Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) operated by Systemic Games, LLC d/b/a Pixels (“Pixels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By applying to and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).
1. Enrollment and Approval
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Pixels. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As a participant in the Affiliate Program, you agree to:
- Promote Pixels products in a truthful, ethical, and brand-consistent manner.
- Only use promotional materials provided or approved by Pixels.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Pixels in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Refrain from making false or misleading claims about Pixels products.
3. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not engage in any of the following without prior written approval from Pixels:

Paid Search Advertising:
Affiliates must obtain explicit written permission from partnerships@gamewithpixels.com before running any paid search campaigns (including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or TikTok Ads) that promote Pixels products.
Approval must include specific keywords or campaign types.

Brand Bidding:
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords or close variations (e.g., "Pixels," "Pixels Dice," "Systemic Games," "Pixels Electronic Dice," "Bluetooth dice," etc.) under any circumstances without written approval.

Analytics Monitoring:
Pixels reserves the right to monitor affiliate traffic sources through backend analytics. Any indication of unauthorized paid traffic may result in immediate suspension or termination of affiliate privileges.

Impersonation or Misrepresentation:
Affiliates may not impersonate Pixels or present themselves as an official representative of the brand.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission based on net qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
- Commission percentages are outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard or specified separately in writing.
5. Payment Terms
- Holding Period: Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period after the date of sale to allow for returns, chargebacks, and cancellations.
- Payout Schedule: Approved commissions will be paid monthly following the holding period.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accrue a minimum of $50 USD in earned commissions before payment is issued.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer] to the payment information provided in the Affiliate Portal.
- Currency: All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Pixels reserves the right to adjust payment timing or methods in cases of suspected fraud or account verification issues.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- No commissions will be paid on returned, canceled, or refunded orders.
- If a commission is paid on a sale that is later refunded or canceled, Pixels reserves the right to deduct that amount from future payouts.
7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
- Affiliates may only use Pixels trademarks, logos, banners, and promotional content provided or approved by Pixels.
- Unauthorized use or modification of Pixels’ intellectual property is prohibited
8. Program Termination
Pixels reserves the right to:
- Terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
- Suspend or revoke affiliate accounts engaged in fraudulent, unethical, or prohibited conduct.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
Affiliates who are terminated for cause will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pixels will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
10. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Pixels.
11. Modification
Pixels reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or Affiliate Portal notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
