This Retail Display Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Systemic Games, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Pixels (“Pixels”), and the undersigned retailer (“Retailer”).

1. Purpose

Pixels will provide Retailer with digital promotional assets, including printable signage and referral tools (“Materials”), to promote sales of Pixels products through in-store displays and customer referrals.

2. Promotional Display Commitment

In exchange for receiving the Materials and access to Pixels’ referral and demo dice program, Retailer agrees to:

• Display the Materials, including QR code signage and any associated messaging, in a customer-visible area of their physical store for a minimum of sixty (60) consecutive days.
• Use the Materials as provided, without removing branding or altering key promotional messaging without prior approval.
• Not reproduce or distribute the Materials outside the scope of this Agreement.
  
  

3. Eligibility for Demo Dice Kit (Subject to Review)

Upon submission of this Agreement and the required registration form, Retailer information will be reviewed by Pixels for potential inclusion in the demo program.

Submission does not guarantee approval. Due to limited inventory and the early-stage nature of our retail rollout, only select retailers will be invited to receive a demo dice kit at this time.

If approved, the Retailer will receive a link to order their free demo materials.

Demo materials may include:

• Up to three (3) demo D20 dice (one of each available colorway)
• One (1) branded display tray
• Optional promotional dice for giveaways, subject to availability

Retailers who are not selected may not receive a notification. However, we encourage all applicants to join our Pixels Partner Network email list to stay informed as additional retail opportunities, programs, and inventory become available.

4. Referral Program

Retailer may earn commissions on customer purchases made through their unique referral link or QR code, as outlined in Pixels’ separate referral program terms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with ten (10) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, Pixels may request removal of promotional displays.

6. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter.
• Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
