Shipping & Returns

As of January 2024, all Pixels Dice, accessories, and related products are shipped through a third party fulfillment partner out of Hong Kong, China. Different couriers and shipping companies may be used based on the destination address. Due to this, we may have limited shipping options during checkout.

Returns
As of January 2024, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted on Pixels Dice, accessories, and/or related products purchased by either Kickstarter backers, non-backer preorders, or standard purchases.

Shipping Address Policy

Accuracy of Shipping Information

  1. Customer Responsibility: It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided to the Company are accurate and complete prior to the shipment of Your Order.
  2. Liability for Incorrect Addresses:
    • a. Non-Returned Shipments: If an Order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by You and is not returned to the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of the Goods. In such cases, You may purchase a replacement at Your original purchase price plus applicable shipping charges.
    • b. Returned Shipments: If the shipment is returned to the Company due to an incorrect address provided by You, You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the Order to the correct address.
  3. Timeframe for Action: You must contact our support team at luna@gamewithpixels.com within thirty (30) days of the original shipment notification to arrange for reshipment or replacement.
  4. Updating Your Shipping Address:
    • Log in to Your account at https://www.gamewithpixels.com/.
    • Navigate to the “Orders” section in Your dashboard. Important: Do not use the “Addresses” tab, as this will not impact Your pending shipment.
    • Select Your Order and update Your shipping address (ensure You update the shipping address, not the billing address).

  6. No Liability for Shipping Errors: The Company shall not be held liable for any lost or unreturned items resulting from shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by You.
