Warranty
Pixels Dice and included charging cases are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty beginning from the date of purchase. In the case of Kickstarter Backers, the reward delivery date may be used instead.
What is covered?
Manufacturing defects including but not limited to:
- Dice and/or Charger – defective circuit board
- Dice and/or Charger – defective battery
- Dice – defective accelerometer
- Dice – defective temperature sensor
- Charger – defective USB-C port
What is not covered?
Minor cosmetic defects in dice or chargers may occur during the manufacturing process and are not covered under warranty. Damage from improper use or handling is not covered under warranty.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage applies solely to products purchased directly from Pixels or from authorized retailers. Proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or order confirmation, is required to obtain warranty service. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or through second-hand transactions (including auctions, resale, or private sales) are not eligible for warranty coverage.
